Gomorrah.

New EP from MI emcee, J.G. titled Gomorrah! It's entirely produced by TDeezy and includes a feature from ZelooperZ. J.G. asked if he could send the project my way and I was like, "of course!". Never say no to potentially dope music. Now I don't know much about J.G. He somehow found me, and I'm glad he did. I like this guy! Definitely has a lot of energy compared to most rappers which is needed cause niggas bore me with a quickness nowadays. The music is really on some good ol Hip Hop shit. And what I mean by that is that it's really feel good. Type of music you can bump anytime, anywhere. Not confusing with this dramatic, over the top artistic music. This is that type of shit you play while with your crew and yall are just feeling like the shit! Type of shit girls bump in the car on the way to ladies night. Music like this is needed because a lot of people try to be on some Picasso type shit with music nowadays-and there's nothing wrong with that, but we need balance. J.G. is a great rapper. Wordplay is on point, the flow is diverse and varies from song to song. I think the average Hip Hop head will enjoy Gomorrah. Was I blown away, no but was I going HAM to some of the songs, especially due to these beats TDeezy did well, yes! J.G. is only 20 and I don't know if this is his first, second, or 10th project but he has plenty of time for growth. He's on the right track and I'm excited to see what he comes up with next. Definitely check it out people, Gomorrah does deserves a listen or two from your ass! lol
