No Idols.

New mixtape from Odd Future's Domo Genesis and producer great, The Alchemist titled No Idols! 11 tracks of Domo giving all he got on some ill Alchemist production with features from Earl Sweatshirt, Smoke DZA, Space Ghost Purp, Freddie Gibbs, Vince Staples, Action Bronson, Prodigy, and Tyler, the Creator. This is Domo's third solo project out.

When getting on some production from Alchemist, you can not come weak and Domo definitely came on each track, swinging! Domo has grown so much as an emcee. He literally gets better and better every project he's on. He killed shit on the OF Tape Vol.2, so when I heard he was working on this project, I knew he be even doper. His energy on this project is intense, too. Before, I never considered Domo one of the stronger emcees of OF but I do now. I will say that this is a different sound than one I would expect from anyone in OF, which is dope. It shows the versatility in the camp and that they are willing to work outside of the crew, because they are know for being very "in house" when it comes to their music. And that also shows in the features too. He didn't work any weak yet "hot right now" emcees like Chief Keef or some shit, he got some heavy weights. This is a really solid project. Not sure if I would listen to it on a regular because the music I like to listen to on the reg' is very off the wall, but I know that many Hip Hop heads will enjoy this, even if they are not a fan of OF. I applaud Domo for always refining his sound and growing as an emcee, not many rappers take the time to improve even when they know they're already dope. People, do be stupid and ignore this 'tape, definitely check it out! GOLF WANG.
