A Day for Fathers....

Yes today is Father's Day! A day to celebrate all the men who care for their offsprings and raise them to be great beings in this world. So on that note, if you have a child and you're not in your child's life-you're not a father. Sorry to break it to ya on such a wonderful day. It take a alot more than your sperm to be a father.

You have to be involved in your child's life 24/7 365.Your child should not go a day without hearing and/or seeing their father. So on this Father's Day, don't just sit around and wait for ya kid to call you, you call them and tell them how much of a blessing it is to be there father and that you love them. To give the gift of love to someone else is probably the greatest gift you can give to yourself. Like the baby mommas' onMaury say,"Step up to the plate and be a man!" lol

I am grateful to have the father that I have. Even though we may bump heads sometimes (or often lol), at least he is here in my life. I don't know where I would be without him. I thank God for his life and for keeping him healthy to see his daughters grow in to beautiful women. I can't remember a day where my father was not in my life and I never want to see a day as such.

Daddy, I love you and I thank you for everything you have done for me.
