Theory of Es: No such thing as a Selfish Teammate.

Ok, so I'm not gonna exactly say why I'm posting this but I feel like it's something that I need to do. I feel it in my spirit! lol But um basically, I'm talking about being a teammate and how to be a true one. This should be short by the way.

When you are a part of a team or any group for that matter, yea you need to look out for yourself, but never forget to look out for your team. Everything you do with or without the team is considered as a representation of the team. Say I'm part of a city soccer team or some shit, and I beat up someone at school, people outside of the team are gonna think the whole team are a bunch of bullies. Ok, that was a bad example.

Say I'm part of a singing group and I say "All gay people DIE"[I love the gays, I would never really say that!] at one of our shows. People will hate us and not support us anymore. Won't come to shows, buy our albums, etc. Even though the rest of the members didn't say it or even feel that way, that statement has become a representation of the group. Whether it's a true representation or not.

Or like you are a part of the robotics club in school and yall go to competition and you say the dumbest shit ever, and you know it was dumb. Everyone is gonna think yall are the dumbest team in the county because of what you said!

Just be mindful that even though you act alone, it affects others. Whether it's good or bad. So whenever you do something think to yourself "How will this make the group look?" I do that all the time. I'm such an unselfish person when it comes to being in team, it's disgusting. It's so hard for me to focus on what I'm doing in the team, because I just want everyone to be okay and to be their best. Cause you know, no one makes it to the top by themselves, so if I'm going to the top with you, you better be at ya best! Shitttttttt! lol

So in conclusion, remember what you do where ever you go, it affects yaa family, friends, and any other group you are a part of. Be smart, don't act up, and be your best!

That's my theory...yurppp, I'm sticking to it!

I hope we learned something today kiddies!
