This is only the beginning...

So I know many of you (all three of my loyal readers.lol) probably was going about your day, surfing the web and was like "Let me go to Es's blog, see what "dopeshit" she got today.".Then typed in "thegirltheycalles.blogspot.com" and then Blogger said"BAM! We're in transition of changing the url!" Yes, yes people, for it is true. I FINALLY got rid of the ".blogspot.com". Wanna know why?

Cause of THIS!:Google/Blogger Attacking Music Bloggers. Hell yea I'm shook! I can NOT lose this blog. And it's not fair! Artists now a days, major or indie, are leaking their own music-how is this our faults? Why are we getting punished for this? Like they say "Don't kill the messenger!" Like damn Google! As much as I use Google and everything?! I got like three Gmails, use Blogger for like three blogs, Google search is the homie-Google is like a way of life for me.Now they wanna do this? So yea, first line of protection-get rid of the blogspot in the url. This is still a Blogger blog but at least this buys me some time to back up the blog and stuff.I was gonna take the blogspot out of the url this year anyways but I guess like Big Sean said "I Rolex'd the situation and just had perfect timing!" So yea, this needed to be done asap! Word to Erik/Cameron for the heads up! I swear that boy always has my back! Love him!

But besides Google being shady, this is something good. Like this kinda pushes me to expand this blog into a complete website. Like with videos, interviews, events-omg yall don't know how much I wanna have my own concerts/shows! There are so many artists who need to perform down here on the regular.I wanna make ATL like NYC when it comes to shows/concerts. Barely anything happens here! The A  needs it.So like if anyone is interesting in helping me hold concerts and shows or any artists willing to perform whenever the opportunity comes up-let me know.I'm a dopegirl cause of yall so help me out!

But yea, once I get my LIFE (lol) together like for real, for real, this will be the dopest site EVER! I promise! My blog turns 2 t-oh shit, it turns 2 tomorrow! See? This is such perfect timing! Yea, the signs are def there, dope things are soon to come! So keep rocking with me and stay tuned...

p.s.I used that pic to represent me walking away and moving on to bigger and better things in my life.Perfect song for this is Rich Hil x Boo Bonic's Don't Look Back.I love new beginnings...
