New video from Jhene Aiko for her song, Mirrors. The song is produced by Key Wane and video is directed by Topshelf Junior. Regarding Mirrors, Jhene stated, “I wrote a song to sing to myself … on days like these … when I look in the mirror and it disagrees….”. The songs Jhene has been putting out like this one and 3:16 AM, have me really looking forward to her album, Souled Out. Sailing Souls was cool and all but I really appreciate Jhene as a singer and songwriter with these more personal and deeper songs. The songs seem to feel more natural and she comes off more as a human with feelings than a singer with fame. But yes, I'm loving this song and this next album of her better be fuckin' amazing!
